Our feet constitute the basis of our bodies, and the reliability and fitness of this base affects the function of the entire body. It is sad, that almost everyone suffers from some type of foot problems. Sometimes, we may not even be aware of the fact, that our feet are ill. But when they hurt, we should never neglect these symptoms. It may turn out that the cause of pain is one of foot diseases, whose treatment requires the intervention of the orthopaedist. The most common foot diseases are: hallux valgus, hallux rigidus, plantar fasciitis, Morton’s metatarsalgia, or heel spurs. Our feet are also at risk of such injuries as Achilles tendon injury or ankle sprain.
